Basic Drop-Off Procedures
- band and orchestra will have designated locations (see below) where students will drop off instruments
- we will have wipes and/or disinfectant spray available – students are asked to wipe or spray down the case
- we will have large bins available for students to place instruments in
- teachers will be on site to supervise, but will maintain distance
- bins will be rolled into the orchestra & band rooms and instruments will be left in quarantine for 1 week before inventory starts
Drop-Off Dates & Times
- May 4th & 5th – timed with packet pick-up/drop-off (7:30 am – 1:00 pm and 5:00-6:30 pm)
Locations – everything will be staged outside the doors – no students will be allowed in the building
Bonham
- Band – back porch by band hall doors
- Orchestra – courtyard entrance by 8th grade hallway
