Today our 6th grade students from Mr. Selby and Mrs. Webster's math classes participated in a Mathematical Decathlon.

Students in Stacey Smith’s art class have been studying the 1950’s art phenomenon of Pop Art. The students researched and created presentations about popular artists such as Andy Worhol and Roy Lichtenstein. Our students embraced the Pop Art celebration of common objects by creating Pop Art Mod Podge candy replicas.

The City of Temple, in cooperation with Kwik Kopy and RW Lone Star Security, will be hosting a Secure Shred event for America Recycles Day on Saturday, November 14th from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. The event will be held at the Kwik Kopy located at 4311 S. 31st Street and area residents are invited to participate.

Bonham Students were excited to participate in a science demonstration presented by actors from the Magik Theater in San Antonio.

Help us stuff Theodore the Turkey! He needs donations of canned meats, chilli, soups, etc.

On Saturday, Bonham 7th and 8th grade band members traveled to Midway to compete at the Region 8 North Zone All-Region Try-outs. The students performed very well on some extremely difficult music. We have 13 All-Region Band members including 2 students who took first chair overall on their instrument. We also had two 1st alternates. Please see the attachment for student names and congratulate them for a job well done.
